A Pittsburgh police officer shot and killed a man in Mount Oliver after the man shot a police K-9, which later died.
Police Chief Harper said officers spotted a gun on Justin Jackson, so they semt the K-9 after him. Jackson shot the K-9 before the officers shot him.
